The USMCA offers motorcycle coaches a way to legitimize their coaching through an online certification process that is recognized by the industry. The new online certification process is now open to anyone who is currently a Sport Bike or Dirt Bike motorcycle coach. To become USMCA Certified, coaches must clear a national-level background screening, hold a Certification in CPR/First Aid, complete basic training for concussions, heat illness and cardiac arrest, and agree to uphold the USMCA’s Code of Conduct and values. Once a coach has gained the USMCA Certification, they are then eligible to purchase the affordable USMCA Coaches Insurance Program policy.

Jon-Erik Burleson, one of USMCA’s Founding Members, states “Both Dylan and Keith have been supporters of the USMCA’s mission from the beginning. With the heritage, history, and reach of the SuperBike School, it is a true honor to have so many of their coaches certified and carrying the torch to grow ridership through great coaches and excellent coaching.”

Dylan Code of California Superbike School adds, “The USMCA management came on the scene with a fresh drive to look for solutions to keep motorcycling going in the right direction. Now more than ever our industry is facing challenges along with so many others. With the USMCA we are really just beginning. Things like the individual insurance policy for coaches is great as well as getting everyone on the same page for the common-sense basics of helping people become better riders.”
